Be a licensed agent in good standing with your respective State Department(s) of Insurance.
Have an active agent Errors & Omissions (E&O) Policy with a minimum aggregate limit of $1,000,000.

The appointment process begins with the initial submission for an Excess Workers Compensation quote. The following information must be submitted to establish your proper appointment with Midwest Employers Casualty Company. Appointment fees will be paid by MEC.
